MFTs in Schools
Connecticut has the proud distinction of being the first state in the U.S. to have established certification for a School MFT.
This will enable those MFTs who have completed the state's rerequirements to be eligible for certification to work in public and private schools throughout the state. To view the regulations, please go to: http://www.sde.ct.gov/sde/cwp/view.asp?a=2613&q=322114
For more information regarding course and practicum offerings available at each MFT program in the state, please contact the program directors. Their contact information can be found on our website under Graduate Programs.
